The newly designed gantry lifting system adopts an octagonal main beam structure, which increases the load-bearing capacity of the Single Beam Crane by 3.2 times; the modular assembly technology enables the maximum span of the Bridge Crane to reach 98 meters while the track offset does not exceed 3 millimeters; the Gantry Crane has an additional hydraulic leveling system, which can work stably on a ground tilted by 15 degrees, with a usable area of over 85%.

Special frame structure: The main girder of the Gantry Crane is made of aviation aluminum, which is lightweight yet capable of supporting 27 times its own weight of goods;
Intelligent anti-shaking system: The Single Beam Crane is equipped with a gyroscope and motor control, reducing the oscillation amplitude to within 0.8 degrees;
Track automatic adjustment function: The Bridge Crane track is equipped with 136 sensors, which correct the deformation caused by temperature changes in real time.
[Operation and Maintenance Suggestions]
① Every 500 hours of operation for the Gantry Crane, use a laser device to check if the main girder is straight;
② When the span of the Bridge Crane exceeds 60 meters, use magnetic particle testing to detect cracks on the track surface every month;
③ Before transporting precision equipment with the Single Beam Crane, activate the anti-shaking function 30 minutes in advance.
XCMG added carbon fiber reinforcing materials at the main beam connection points, ensuring that the Gantry Crane can withstand over 200,000 load tests. After the improvement, the energy consumption of the Single Beam Crane when handling 40 tons of goods decreased by 37%, and the track maintenance period of the Bridge Crane in environments with large temperature differences was extended to 3 years. The newly designed modular structure also enables a 150-ton Gantry Crane to be disassembled, relocated and reassembled within 3 days.
